About Kumulus

Since June 2008 Kumulus is an NGO, and the members are the municipalities of the county of Kalmar and three other NGO:s. We have worked with Youth in Action programme and EVS since 2004 and we have been both coordinating and sending organization until 2009 and are now also hosting organization.
Kumulus aim is to increase young people's opportunities for personal development through international experiences.

Information and guidance efforts around the Youth in Action programs are made by Kumulus aiming at young people and those working with young people. Kumulus also work with increasing the knowledge and skill levels of adults who work near the young about the benefits and potential of international exchanges for young people.

Kumulus work with supporting young people and professionals who work with youth in their leisure time in the application process, management, etc. on exchanges and hosting of volunteers.

At Kumulus three people are working mainly with the Youth in Action programme, youth exchange, EVS and national projects. We are a Eurodesk office and provide different information to young people.
